At the valorization of a horticultural species typically cultivated in the provinces of Naples and Caserta, registered in the list of Traditional Agri-food Products (PAT), whose consumption is highly appreciated even beyond regional and national borders. The general objective is to improve the competitiveness of primary producers by giving value to the typical characteristics of Friariello, through the use of modern production practices, respecting tradition, varietal typicality and the link with the territory of origin.
